Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :10\/08\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                       KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n             -----------------------------------------\n                    W.P(C)No.1186 of 2006\n             -----------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 10th day of August, 2007\n\n                              JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:-<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>          a)     issue a writ of mandamus or any other<br \/>\n          appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the<br \/>\n          1st respondent to disburse the entire amount of family<br \/>\n          pension with interest @ 12% per annum credited in<br \/>\n          the SB account No.26072 from January 2005 till this<br \/>\n          date to the petitioner and further direct the 1st<br \/>\n          respondent not to withhold the family pension of the<br \/>\n          petitioner under any pretext hereafter.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Since the petitioner has sought for a writ of mandamus, it is for<\/p>\n<p>him to approach the first respondent in which case the matter will<\/p>\n<p>be duly considered by the first respondent with notice to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner and the second respondent.
