No.33667 of 2010\n\n                                        UPENDRA RAM\n                                             Versus\n                                     THE STATE OF BIHAR\n\n2   13.09.2010<\/pre>\n<p>                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                  learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                Earlier the petitioner was granted the privilege<\/p>\n<p>                  along with another vide order dated 21st June, 2010 in<\/p>\n<p>                  Cr.Misc. no. 40801 of 2009 but, as stated, under some<\/p>\n<p>                  unfortunate circumstance he could not avail the benefit,<\/p>\n<p>                  consequently prayer for extension of the period is made.<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the facts and circumstances, privilege<\/p>\n<p>                  is extended till 30th of this month, subject to payment of<\/p>\n<p>                  Rs.600\/- (Rupees six hundred) with the District Legal<\/p>\n<p>                  Services Authority, Siwan.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Let the order be communicated through FAX to<\/p>\n<p>                  the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection<\/p>\n<p>                  with Basantpur P.S.
