3\/   13.10.2011                     This application has come under the heading “To Be<\/p>\n
                      Mentioned” at the instance of the petitioner.<\/p>\n
                                    Due to inadvertence in the third paragraph of the order<\/p>\n
                      dated 15.09.2011, it has wrongly been typed as \u201e1 st Additional<\/p>\n
                      Sessions Judge, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with B.P.No.259 of<\/p>\n
                      2011\u201f, whereas, it should have been “Additional Chief Judicial<\/p>\n
                      Magistrate, Hilsa, (Nalanda) in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case<\/p>\n
                      No.288 of 2010”.\n<\/p>\n
                                    The order dated 15.09.2011 is modified to the extent that<\/p>\n
                      in place of \u201e1st Additional Sessions Judge, Hilsa (Nalanda) in<\/p>\n
                      connection with B.P.No.259 of 2011\u201f, it should be read as<\/p>\n
                      “Additional     Chief   Judicial   Magistrate,   Hilsa   (Nalanda)   in<\/p>\n
                      connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.288 of 2010”.<\/p>\n
                                    Let this order be communicated to the Additional Chief<\/p>\n
                      Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, through FAX at the cost of the<\/p>\n
