Shah,  learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service<br \/>\nof rule on  behalf of the respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe<br \/>\napplicant- appellant- original accused has been convicted for the<br \/>\noffences punishable under sections 302, 498(A), 201 and 304 of IPC<br \/>\nand sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, to suffer<br \/>\nimprisonment for life with fine of Rs.10,000\/-   in default, to<br \/>\nundergo a further sentence of 2 years and 3 months by the learned<br \/>\nJudge, Fast Track Court No.3, Junagadh on 7th August 2009<br \/>\nin Sessions Case No.168 of 1996.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tTaking into<br \/>\nconsideration the Jail remarks he has enjoyed furlough once in the<br \/>\nmonth of June 2010. There is nothing adverse against him.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe above aspects, the applicant is ordered to be released on<br \/>\n temporary bail for 20 (twenty days) from the date of<br \/>\nhis release  on his  executing a personal bond of Rs.5000\/- (Rupees<br \/>\nfive thousand only) with one surety of the like amount to the<br \/>\nsatisfaction of the Jail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry<br \/>\nof the above temporary bail period.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.\tThe<br \/>\napplication is allowed. Rule is made absolute.  The Registry is<br \/>\ndirected to communicate this order by fax immediately to the Jail<br \/>\nauthorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>(RAVI<br \/>\nR.
