Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :24\/01\/2011\n\n O R D E R\n                     ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                       -------------------------\n                    W.P (C) No. 867 of 2011\n                       --------------------------\n             Dated this the 24th January, 2011\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The only request made by the petitioner is to direct<\/p>\n<p>the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P1 where the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>has made allegation against the 1st respondent of having<\/p>\n<p>resorted to the illegal clay mining. It is stated that though<\/p>\n<p>such a complaint has been made, the 2nd respondent has<\/p>\n<p>not taken any action in the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    Now that such an allegation has been raised by<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner, without expressing anything on the merits<\/p>\n<p>of the claim made by the petitioner and leaving it entirely<\/p>\n<p>open to the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action in<\/p>\n<p>the matter, in accordance with law and with notice to the<\/p>\n<p>1st respondent.
