No.3041 of 2011\n                          UMESH KUMAR son of Late Ram, Resident of village Sevatha, P.S.\n                          Sandesh, DistBhojpur\n                                                Versus\n                                       THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2    30.03.2011                         After having heard learned counsel appearing for<\/p>\n<p>                         the petitioner and after having considered the order dated<\/p>\n<p>                         22.09.2010 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara in Trial<\/p>\n<p>                         No. 1764 of 2010 Chandi P.S. Case No. 51 of 2010, this Court<\/p>\n<p>                         is not inclined to interfere with the order. However, the<\/p>\n<p>                         petitioner&#8217;s contention is that he is not named in the F.I.R. and in<\/p>\n<p>                         case vehicle which was seized from his son, it was sold to him<\/p>\n<p>                         quite earlier to the occurrence.
