JUSTICE ALOK SINGH\n\nPresent: - Mr. Ritesh Pandey, Advocate, for the petitioner.\n           Ms. Bhavna Gupta, DAG, Punjab.\n\n\n          1.Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?\n          2.Whether to be referred to the Reporters or not?\n          3.Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest?\n\n                     *****\n<\/pre>\n<p>ALOK SINGH, J (ORAL)<\/p>\n<p>          Present petition is filed seeking regular bail in case FIR<\/p>\n<p>No.182 dated 29.9.2009 under Sections 302\/450\/323\/148\/149 IPC,<\/p>\n<p>Police Station Civil Line Batala Police District Batala.<\/p>\n<p>          Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner is not<\/p>\n<p>said to have caused any injury on the person of the deceased; petitioner<\/p>\n<p>is said to have caused injuries to the witnesses of the incident. Learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel has further argued that deceased is reported to have died<\/p>\n<p>because of cardiac arrest.\n<\/p>\n<p>          Ms. Bhavna Gupta, DAG, Punjab has opposed the bail<\/p>\n<p>application, however, accused Lucky has been enlarged on bail and<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has not caused any injury on the person of the accused.<\/p>\n<p>          Considering totality of the facts and circumstances of the case<br \/>\n CRM-M-8534 of 2010 (O&amp;M)<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                                                       -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>more particularly that no injury on the person of the deceased is<\/p>\n<p>attributed to the petitioner, petition is allowed.
