Shrivastava, learned counsel for\nthe petitioner.\n       Heard.\n       Raising     of    a    construction      allegedly        in\nfront of the temple which is situated over\nNazul Plot No. 15 is the cause of grievance of\nthe petitioner which led him to file this writ\npetition under Article 226 of the Constitution\nof   India     seeking        direction    to    direct       the\nrespondents to demolish the said construction\/<\/pre>\n<p>shop    or    in   the       alternative   to    decide       the<br \/>\nrepresentation preferred by the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>       In respect of relief regarding demolition<br \/>\nof shop, the same since is in the realm of the<br \/>\ndispute of civil nature wherein evidences are<br \/>\nrequired to be led to determine the respective<br \/>\nrights of the individuals, the petitioner would<br \/>\nbe at liberty to the same in Civil Court and no<br \/>\ninterference can be caused in a Writ Petition<br \/>\nunder Article 226 of the Constitution of India.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Regarding        direction    to    respondents           to<br \/>\ndecide representation, since the petitioner is<br \/>\nset at liberty to avail the remedy before Civil<br \/>\n                                             W.P.
