No.1821 of 2008\n               ----------------------------------------------\n                    Dated 6th October, 2008.\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Kurian Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>C.M.Application No.1890\/08 : There is a delay of 255 days in filing<\/p>\n<p>the appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>            The appeal is filed by the State aggrieved by the<\/p>\n<p>fixation of land value by the reference court, Sub Court,<\/p>\n<p>Thalassery. The acquisition is for Chovva-Nadal Bye pass Road.<\/p>\n<p>It is seen that connected matters (L.A.A. Nos.661 &amp; 844 of 2008)<\/p>\n<p>have already been dismissed by this court. Therefore, there is no<\/p>\n<p>reason to condone the delay and hear the appeal on merits.
