No.20392 of 2011\n                                Ashok Sahani And Ors.\n                                       Versus\n                                  The State Of Bihar\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   14\/07\/2011                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                        Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      The three petitioners are named accused in this case<\/p>\n<p>                        being brother-in-law and married sister-in-law of the deceased<\/p>\n<p>                        daughter of the informant, who died within five years of her marriage<\/p>\n<p>                        under some suspicious circumstance.           Though, there is general<\/p>\n<p>                        allegation and nothing specific against the petitioners.     But since<\/p>\n<p>                        investigation is at its initial stage as appears from order of learned<\/p>\n<p>                        Sessions Judge, in the event of their arrest\/surrender before the court<\/p>\n<p>                        below within four weeks, till submission of the charge-sheet, let the<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioners, namely, Ashok Sahani, Mukesh Sahani and Dela Devi, be<\/p>\n<p>                        enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand<\/p>\n<p>                        only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                        of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, in connection with Parsa P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                        Case No. 108 of 2010, subject to condition laid down under Section<\/p>\n<p>                        438 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, with additional condition to<\/p>\n<p>                        remain physically present before the court below till submission of the<\/p>\n<p>                        charge-sheet on the date fixed and in case of failure on two<\/p>\n<p>                        consecutive dates without giving any reasonable explanation, the<\/p>\n<p>                        privilege granted shall be deemed to be cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>       Praveen\/-                                                ( Akhilesh Chandra, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Ashok Sahani And Ors. vs The State Of Bihar on 14 July, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
