The said consent<br \/>\nterms are signed by learned advocates for the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above consent terms, the impugned order is set aside and<br \/>\nthe dispute raised by the respondent vide its communication dated<br \/>\n6.12.1995 along with counter claim, if any, of the respondent is<br \/>\nordered to be referred to the Arbitral Tribunal comprising of Hon&#8217;ble<br \/>\nJustice C.K. Buch under the provisions of the Arbitration and<br \/>\nReconciliation Act, 1996, as agreed between the parties. The Revision<br \/>\nApplication stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
