No-1-<br \/>\n       10.04.2008 Did you give order by              101\/DPG\/AICTE\/208\/272 dated 10th<br \/>\n       writing letter to Director Institute of       April 2008 vide which advise to refund<br \/>\n       Engineering &amp; Technology, Dr.RML              fee by April 28, 2008 was given.<br \/>\n       University, Faizabad, UP for returning<br \/>\n       total fee to Shri Daksh till 25.04.2008\n<\/p>\n<p>3.     Has fee been returned to Shri Daksh? If   The Council has no information whether<br \/>\n       not then why?, and what punitive action   fee has been refunded or not to Sh.<br \/>\n       taken against Institute of Engg.,         Daksh by the Institute of Engineering<br \/>\n       Faizabad by you? If not then          The Council has no information whether<br \/>\n        did you take punitive action if not then        the fee has been refund or not to Sh.<br \/>\n        till which date you are going to take           Daksh by J.P.Institute responded vide its<br \/>\n        action?                                         letter dated 23.04.2008 to the notice<br \/>\n                                                        letter of AICTE regarding refund of fee.<br \/>\n                                                        This has been informed to Sh.
