2.   24.08.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n
                                 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Gandhi Maidan P.S.Case<\/p>\n
                   No. 59 of 2011 registered for the offences u\/s 406, 409, 420 IPC.<\/p>\n
                                 In this case the allegation has been made by the informant<\/p>\n
                   that the film was exhibited at different places but the money has not<\/p>\n
                   been paid to the informant and the allegation has been made against the<\/p>\n
                   petitioner that he has not paid the money according to the claim made<\/p>\n
                   in the FIR.\n<\/p>\n
                                 The petitioner is directed to add the informant as O.P.No.2<\/p>\n
                   in course of the day.\n<\/p>\n
                                 Issue notice to the O.P.No.2 under ordinary process as well<\/p>\n
                   as under registered cover with A.D. for which requisites etc. must be<\/p>\n
                   filed within one week failings which this application shall stand<\/p>\n
                   rejected without further reference to a Bench.<\/p>\n
                                 In the mean time, no coercive step shall be taken against<\/p>\n
                   the petitioner Sanjay Kumar Panjiyar in connection with Gandhi<\/p>\n
                   Maidan P.S.Case No. 59 of 2011, pending in the court of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n
                   Magistrate, Patna.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
