JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 04\/08\/2011  \nORAL ORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tThis<br \/>\npetition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been<br \/>\nfiled challenging the order dated 22.9.2009 passed by respondent<br \/>\nNo.2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appeal<br \/>\nthat was filed by the petitioner before respondent No.3 was not<br \/>\naccepted, as it is time-barred.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tMs.Jolly<br \/>\nR.
