No.2006 OF 2009\n                 ------------------------------------\n        Dated this the 17th day of September, 2009\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>                        ~~~~~~~~~~~<\/p>\n<p>Balakrishnan Nair, J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>     The point raised by the appellant is is covered against him<\/p>\n<p>by the decision of the Apex Court in <a href=\"\/doc\/1366168\/\">State of Kerala v. Prasad<\/a><\/p>\n<p>[2007(3) KLT 531]. The learned Single Judge has dismissed the<\/p>\n<p>Writ Petition relying on that decision.
