Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :28\/09\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                          V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n               ----------------------------------------------\n                Bail Application No.5749 of 2010\n              ------------------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 28th day of September, 2010\n\n                                 ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner, who is accused No.1 in Crime No.132 of 2007<\/p>\n<p>of Nedumudy Police Station for offences punishable under Sections<\/p>\n<p>465, 468, 471, 473 &amp; 420 read with Section 34 I.P.C, seeks<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Consequent on the non-appearance of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>before the Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Ramankary in<\/p>\n<p>C.C.No.716 of 2010, non-bailable warrants of arrest are pending<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Anticipatory bail cannot be granted to nullify the<\/p>\n<p>process issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.
