No.12403 of 2009 the<\/p>\n<p>                      authorities have passed order bearing memo no.262<\/p>\n<p>                      dated 9.12.2009, Annexure-B to the show cause filed<\/p>\n<p>                      by the Superintendent of Police, Motihari, perusal<\/p>\n<p>                      whereof indicates that the appointment process<\/p>\n<p>                      pursuant to Advertisement No.1 of 2004 had come to<\/p>\n<p>                      an end on 27.7.2008. Aforesaid order also refers to<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          another order of the High Court dated 24.4.2009 passed<\/p>\n<p>          in C.W.J.C. No.5230 of 2009, which is annexed as<\/p>\n<p>          Annexure-B to the show cause filed on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>          respondent no.7. It is thus, evident that the orders of<\/p>\n<p>          this Court dated 17.9.2009 has been complied with.<\/p>\n<p>                    The    contempt    petition   is,   accordingly,<\/p>\n<p>          disposed of however, with liberty to the petitioners to<\/p>\n<p>          either challenge the order dated 9.12.2009, Annexure-B<\/p>\n<p>          on the ground that against the orders of this Court dated<\/p>\n<p>          24.4.2009 passed in C.W.J.C. No.5230 of 2009 Letters<\/p>\n<p>          Patent Appeal Nos.831 of 2009 and 1214 of 2009 is<\/p>\n<p>          pending. In the event, order dated 9.12.2009 is not<\/p>\n<p>          challenged then the same shall be subject to the result<\/p>\n<p>          of the aforesaid two LPAs.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       (V.
