             In view of above, the present appeal is disposed of in terms<\/p>\n
of order passed in RFA No.19 of 1995 titled as Gulab Singh versus State<\/p>\n
of Haryana and another, decided on 24th July, 2008 by Hon’ble Mr.<\/p>\n
