\nGollahatljj\/.i~  Bangalore East Taluk. In<\/p>\n
respeczet of the._VS:aid iproperties, at the first instance, the<\/p>\n
. ‘o.c_cu.paney*~.vright was granted in favour of the said<\/p>\n
2VeI1katar–ar1:.ai’1appa. However the same came to be<\/p>\n
qttitesttbne\u00e9d before this Court, in W.P.No.24596\/81. by the<\/p>\n
 it original second respondent herein. This Court had set<\/p>\n
Aitatside the order and rernitted the matter to the Tribunal<\/p>\n

and abasetd theV’st.sat’e.n1e1’1t: said to have been made by<\/p>\n
the third  Tribunal has rejected the<\/p>\n
claim _ in Viespeet or two Survey Numbers and has<\/p>\n
   right only in respect ot Survey<\/p>\n

have therefore questioned the said order. It is no doubt<\/p>\n
