Shah for the petitioner.  The learned advocate<br \/>\nfor the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is serving in<br \/>\nRadhanpur Nagarpalika for the last 30 years.  She further submitted<br \/>\nthat this is the sole occasion\/ chance for one to get promotion in<br \/>\nservice of 30 years.  The learned advocate invited attention of the<br \/>\nCourt to the fact that the petitioner did represent his case before<br \/>\nthe Chief Officer, Radhanpur Nagarpalika on 13th July 2010<br \/>\nand 23rd July 2010, but the Chief Officer did not think it<br \/>\nfit to reply to the said representation. It is conveyed that<br \/>\ninterviews are already in progress which have commenced from 3rd<br \/>\nSeptember 2010 and are to continue upto 9th September<br \/>\n2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t NOTICE<br \/>\nreturnable on 7th September 2010.  It will be open for the<br \/>\npetitioner to effect direct service  by fax, if any, in addition to<br \/>\nthe regular mode of service, at the petitioner&#8217;s cost.  A copy of<br \/>\nthis petition be given to the learned advocate Mr.Deepak Sanchela,<br \/>\nwho normally appears for Radhanpur Nagarpalika.
