Justice C.N.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR\n\n Dated :15\/03\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                    C.N.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J.\n\n                    -----------------------------------\n\n                      WP(C) No. 13873 of 2005 B\n\n                -----------------------------------------\n\n              Dated, this the 15th day of March, 2007\n\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      While the petitioner&#8217;s allegation is that the 4th respondent is<\/p>\n<p>actively helping detention of petitioner&#8217;s daughter by a relative of<\/p>\n<p>4th  respondent,   the   learned   counsel   for   the   4th  respondent<\/p>\n<p>referred  to Ext.P1 judgment  produced  by the petitioner  himself,<\/p>\n<p>wherein  it is stated  that  a Division Bench of this  Court gave an<\/p>\n<p>opportunity to petitioner&#8217;s daughter to express her grievance, but<\/p>\n<p>she  expressed her willingness to  go with the said relative of 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent   and   this   Court   accordingly   released   her   against   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s   prayer.
