The said amount<br \/>\n\tcould not be deposited in time.  Hence, the applicant has moved the<br \/>\n\tpresent application for extension of time way back on 05.12.2009.<br \/>\n\tHowever, the same was not circulated for an order from this Court.<br \/>\n\tEven the copy of this application is not served on the other side.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tthe above view of the matter, the applicant is hereby directed to<br \/>\n\tserve the copy of this application to the learned advocate appearing<br \/>\n\tfor the opponents \/ original appellants in Appeal From Order and<br \/>\n\tshall also place on record the information as regards the status of<br \/>\n\tthe suit.
