RESPONDENTS\n\n   \nPrayer:   Original Application No.9458 of 1998 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent proceedings in No.18153\/E2(4) 98 dated 8\/10\/98, order of the 2nd respondent in Proceedings No.4651\/MU\/97 dated 10\/8\/94 and the order of the third respondent P1\/3815\/94 dated 30\/6\/97 and to quash the same and consequentially direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner with arrears of salary, monetary and all attendant benefits with cost.  Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition.\n\n\tFor petitioner\t: No appearance\n\n\tFor respondents\t: Mr. B.
