No.30064 of 2010\n                       SUDAMA URAON son of Ram Hari Uraon\n                                       Versus\n                                  STAT OF BIHAR\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>4\/   27.10.2010                  Supplementary affidavit on behalf of the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                     being filed. Let it be kept with the record.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner was refused bail earlier by order dated<\/p>\n<p>                     06.10.2009 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23874 of 2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering that the petitioner is in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                     20.12.2008 and now charges have been framed as also that he has<\/p>\n<p>                     surrendered in all the eight cases in which he was wanted, let the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>                     of Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                     each or any other surety to be fixed by the court concerned to the<\/p>\n<p>                     satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-cum- Fast Track Court<\/p>\n<p>                     No. V, Rohtas, in connection with S. T. No. 113 of 2009 arising out<\/p>\n<p>                     of Rohtas P.S. case no. 10 of 2008, subject to the conditions (i) That<\/p>\n<p>                     one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner, who will<\/p>\n<p>                     give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner and the other bailor shall be the brother-in-law of the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner, namely, Binod Uraon son of Sachindra Uraon.
