THE DISTRICT EDUCATION OFFICER, SARAN AT\n                 CHAPRA.\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   7.3.2011                 The Court intentionally refrains from getting into the<\/p>\n<p>                 nitty-gritty of the dispute raised by the petitioner as well as the<\/p>\n<p>                 stand taken by the State in the counter affidavit             in the<\/p>\n<p>                 background that the Director, Secondary Education, has to take a<\/p>\n<p>                 decision on the claim of the petitioner which has been made or<\/p>\n<p>                 filed as far back as on 8th January, 2010 and 20th January, 2010 as<\/p>\n<p>                 would be evident from Annexures 6 and 7.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The basic issue is regularization of the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 confirmation on the post of Headmaster of the school where<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner is posted.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               There is some kind of rule in this regard which has<\/p>\n<p>                 been annexed as Annexure-5 to the writ application, which is<\/p>\n<p>                 notification No.300 dated 1.6.99.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Be that as it may, the writ application is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>                 with a direction upon the Director, Secondary Education, Human<\/p>\n<p>                 Resource Development Department, Government of Bihar, that he<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      will examine the claim of the petitioner, take a decision and<\/p>\n<p>      communicate the outcome to the petitioner within a period of three<\/p>\n<p>      months from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order.<\/p>\n<pre>rkp                            (Ajay Kumar Tripathi,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Smt.Rita Singh vs The State Of Bihar &amp;Amp; Ors on 7 March, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CWJC No.10445 of 2010 1.
