SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 03\/03\/2010 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nJUDGMENT<\/pre>\n<p>1.\t\tThe<br \/>\npresent Misc.Civil Application has been preferred by the applicant<br \/>\noriginal appellant-defendant to restore Second Appeal (Stamp) No.181<br \/>\nof 2004, which came to be dismissed for non-removal of office<br \/>\nobjections.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tMr.Suthar,<br \/>\nlearned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant   original<br \/>\nappellant-defendant has stated at the bar that office objections<br \/>\nshall be removed within a period of one week from today.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, the present Misc.Civil Application is allowed and<br \/>\ntime to remove office objections is granted upto 09\/03\/2010. On<br \/>\nnon-removal of office objections, the Second Appeal shall stand<br \/>\ndismissed automatically without referring the matter to the Court. On<br \/>\nremoval of office objections, Registry is directed to notify the main<br \/>\nSecond Appeal for admission-hearing on 10\/03\/2010. Rule is made<br \/>\nabsolute accordingly.
