It is clarified that for valid reasons and also by<\/p>\n<p>reason of change of circumstances, the review petitioners can<\/p>\n<p>consider shifting of the Homeopathic Research Centre from<\/p>\n<p>Moolamattom to Kottayam. In other words, the judgment need not<\/p>\n<p>be understood as depriving the powers of the review petitioners to<\/p>\n<p>consider the shifting of the Research Centre irrespective of the<\/p>\n<p>change of circumstances.
