Respondents.\n\n\nPrayer:\tPetition under Section 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 70\/71 to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of Court for disobeying the order, dated 7.11.2006, made in O.A.No.871 of 2006.\n\n\t For Petitioner  \t\t:  Mr.Hidayathulla Khan\n\n\t For Respondents  \t:  Mr.K.Kumaran\n\n\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tHeard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the property in question belongs to the partnership firm `Ragos&#8217;. Further, nothing has been shown on behalf of the petitioner that the respondents had disobeyed the order passed by this Court, on 7.11.2006, in O.A.No.871 of 2006. It is also submitted that a final award had been passed, on 21.1.2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3.
