Sirpurkar, J. <\/p>\n<p>1. In the writ petition, the challenge is to the interim order of the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal (hereinafter called as the tribunal), by which the tribunal has granted the stay and made it absolute subsequently on 30.6.2002. That order has already been stayed by this Court on 3.7.2002, with the result that the fourth respondent herein is not able to serve.  In our opinion, since the matter is still pending before the tribunal, it would be better that the matter is finally disposed of by the tribunal within four months from today.  We request the tribunal accordingly.  In the meantime, the status quo as on today shall continue.  With this direction, the writ petition itself is disposed of. Consequently, connected W.P.M.P. No. 32483 of 2002 and W.V.M.P. No. 1372 of 2002 are closed.  No costs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Madras High Court T.
