RAVIKUMAR, J.\n                    --------------------------------------------\n                        W.P.(C) NO. 3626 OF 2010\n                    --------------------------------------------\n                   Dated this the 18th day of March, 2010\n\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner&#8217;s father died in harness while working as Part time<\/p>\n<p>Watchman in the Employment Exchange, Vatakara in Kozhikode District.<\/p>\n<p>After his death, the petitioner submitted an application for getting<\/p>\n<p>employment under the Dying in Harness Scheme. That was considered in<\/p>\n<p>his favour, as is obvious from Ext.P3.             As per Ext.P3 order dated<\/p>\n<p>31.3.2008, the first respondent accorded sanction for appointment of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner in the National Employment Service Department. The grievance<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioner is that despite receipt of Ext.P3 order, respondents 2 and<\/p>\n<p>3 are not taking steps for implementing the said order.<\/p>\n<p>      2. Considering the fact that Ext.P3 order has been passed by the<\/p>\n<p>first respondent according sanction for appointment of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>as Peon\/Menial in the National Employment Service Department, based on<\/p>\n<p>the application submitted by the petitioner for employment under the<\/p>\n<p>Dying in Harness Scheme, there is no reason for respondents 2 and 3 for<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C) NO. 3626\/2010                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>not taking appropriate steps for implementing Ext.P3. Therefore, there<\/p>\n<p>will be a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to take appropriate steps for<\/p>\n<p>implementing Ext.P3 order expeditiously. In case vacancies are available<\/p>\n<p>for  appointing the petitioner in terms of Ext.P3, such steps shall be<\/p>\n<p>expedited and appropriate orders shall be passed within a period of three<\/p>\n<p>months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>      The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 (C.T.
