RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                           - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                  BAIL APPLICATION NO. 970   OF 2007\n\n                - - - - - - - - - ----------------------- - - - - - -\n\n              DATED THIS THE 13th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2007\n\n\n                                    O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>        Petitioner   who   is   the   accused   in   Crime   No.350\/06   of<\/p>\n<p>Kunnamkulam  Police   Station   for   an   offence   punishable   under   section<\/p>\n<p>379 read with section 34 IPC   for allegedly having committed theft of<\/p>\n<p>an autorickshaw, seeks anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>        2.     The   petitioner   had   moved   the   Sessions   Court,   Thrissur<\/p>\n<p>under section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail.  That court was not<\/p>\n<p>inclined   to   grant   anticipatory   bail   to   the   petitioner.     That   court,<\/p>\n<p>however,   directed   the   petitioner   to   surrender   before   the   Magistrate<\/p>\n<p>concerned within one month and then apply for regular bail.<\/p>\n<p>        3.
