We have heard<br \/>\n     Ku.Kirti Tiwari, her parents and their advocate in chamber and<br \/>\n     thereafter, the proceedings were taken up in the Court. Ku.Kirti Tiwari<br \/>\n     stated that she is not willing to return back to her parents&#8217; home. She<br \/>\n     insisted that she may be sent to Nari Niketan.\n<\/p>\n<p>            After hearing Ku.Kirti Tiwari, her parents and their advocates,<br \/>\n     we direct that Ku.Kirti Tiwari be sent to Nari Niketan, Jabalpur where<br \/>\n     she may be kept by the police. The officials of Nari Niketan shall take<br \/>\n     care of safety of Ku.Kirti Tiwari.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Be listed for further hearing on 10.11.2010.<br \/>\n            On the aforesaid date, Ku.Kirti Tiwari shall be produced before<br \/>\n     this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>            A typed copy of this order be supplied to Shri Vivek Agrawal,<br \/>\n     learned G.A. for compliance.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n     (Krishn Kumar Lahoti)                    (Smt.Sushma Shrivastava)\nC.
