The question raised is covered by the Division Bench<\/p>\n<p>decision of this court in W.A. 752 of 2008 and connected cases.<\/p>\n<p>             The writ petition is allowed. There will be a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>third respondent to accept the tax in respect of petitioner&#8217;s school bus<\/p>\n<p>without insisting on payment of contribution under the Motor Transport<\/p>\n<p>Workers Welfare Fund Act.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                    (K.M.
