Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :28\/09\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                          V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n               ----------------------------------------------\n                Bail Application No.5818 of 2010\n              ------------------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 28th day of September, 2010\n\n                                 ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner, who is accused No.1 in Cr.No.550 of 2010 of<\/p>\n<p>Haripad Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 452,<\/p>\n<p>323, 324, 294(b) &amp; 506 (II) read with Section 34 I.P.C., seeks<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature. But at the same time, I am inclined to permit the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>interrogation and then to have his application for bail considered<\/p>\n<p>by the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>shall surrender before the investigating officer on 11\/10\/2010 or<\/p>\n<p>on 12\/10\/2010 for the purpose of interrogation and recovery of<\/p>\n<p>incriminating material, if any.
