The applicant is ordered to be<br \/>\n\treleased on regular bail in connection with III-C.R.No.537\/2010<br \/>\n\tPardi Police Station, Dist.Valsad on his executing a bond of<br \/>\n\tRs.5,000\/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with one solvent surety of the<br \/>\n\tlike amount to the satisfaction of the lower Court and subject to<br \/>\n\tthe conditions that he shall:\n<\/p>\n<p>(a)\tnot<br \/>\ntake undue advantage of his liberty or abuse his liberty.\n<\/p>\n<p>(b)\tnot<br \/>\nto try to tamper or pressurize the prosecution witnesses or<br \/>\ncomplainant in any manner.\n<\/p>\n<p>(c)\tnot<br \/>\nact in any manner injurious to the interest of the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>(d)\tmaintain<br \/>\nlaw and order and should cooperate the investigating officers.\n<\/p>\n<p>(e)<br \/>\n   mark his presence before concerned Police Station on 1st<br \/>\nMonday of every month of English calender between 11.00 AM and 2.00<br \/>\nPM; till trial commences;\n<\/p>\n<p>(f)<br \/>\n     shall not enter into Pardi Taluka, except for marking presence<br \/>\nand attending court proceedings, for one year;\n<\/p>\n<p>(g)<br \/>\n furnish the address of his residence to the Investigating Officer<br \/>\nand also to the Court at the time of execution of the bond and shall<br \/>\nnot change his residence without prior permission of the Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>(h)\tsurrender<br \/>\nhis passport, if any, to the lower Court, within a week.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIf<br \/>\n\tbreach of any of the above conditions is committed, the concerned<br \/>\n\tSessions Judge will be free to issue warrant or take appropriate<br \/>\n\taction in the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tBail<br \/>\n\tbefore the lower Court having jurisdiction to try the case. It would<br \/>\n\tbe open to the trial Court concerned to give time to furnish the<br \/>\n\tsolvency certificate if prayed for.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRule<br \/>\n\tis made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
