Vyas,<br \/>\nJ.) on 10th May, 1995 (judgment on 15th June,<br \/>\n1995) in Special Civil Application No.3849 of 1995 (converted from<br \/>\nSpecial Criminal Application No.862 of 1994).\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tBoth<br \/>\nadvocates have stated that since the period of  detention is over and<br \/>\nthe respondent has undergone  the period of approximately 11 months<br \/>\nand 21 days, under these circumstances, the Letters Patent Appeal has<br \/>\nbecome infructuous.  We do not think  that any interference  at this<br \/>\nstage is called for.
