No.30460 of 2011\n                             Dalpati Manjhi, Son of Late Shivan Manjhi.\n                                                Versus\n                                        The State Of Bihar\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2       23.09.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                     learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State.<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since<\/p>\n<p>                     19.12.2010 in a case registered under Section 302\/34 of the<\/p>\n<p>                     Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner is not assailant and it is simply stated that he<\/p>\n<p>                     was member of an unlawful assembly.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Although, the alleged occurrence took place in the<\/p>\n<p>                     year 2006 but, admittedly, the petitioner is in jail custody since<\/p>\n<p>                     long.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as<\/p>\n<p>                     well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, named<\/p>\n<p>                     above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                     10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                     each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-II, Jamui, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                     Sessions Trial No. 337 of 2009 arising out of Sono P.S.
