Appellant met  a  ‘accident on

\nSubsequently,  Section 166 of
\nIndian Motor’.  (for short ‘the Act’)
\nagainstijthme the offending vehicle
\nclaiming Acompensvatitonlot-..i\u00a7s.’3,25,000\/– with interest and<\/p>\n
cosi:s.;’Th.e cllairnlwas contested by both the respondents.<\/p>\n
 2wfere”\u00ab._.framed. Petitioner deposed as PW–1.<\/p>\n
ADb.R’.’S,l;Iat\u00a7’l’iikaiiiivhl, deposed as PW–2. Ex.P-1 to Ex.P–14<\/p>\n
 _ wereii.ma..rl<e-dd} For the respondents, RW–1 deposed and the<\/p>\n
:,ir'asurance"policy was marked as Ex.R–1. Appreciating the<\/p>\n
.._ev_Vildence on record, the Tribunal held that, petitioner<\/p>\n
it  -sustained injuries in the road traffic accident in question<\/p>\n
and that, she is entitied to compensation of Rs.86,4.00\/~<\/p>\n
with interest. The claim petition was ailowed <\/p>\n

examined the,_:Vpatient’.0’n” 05.07.2005, he found PW–1<\/p>\n
 i1eac:i.;A,.’che’Von””a’nd off, having difficulty in working<\/p>\n
\u00b0a_nVd,._noit,::a\u00bbI0’le\u00e9yto ‘concentrate. On his clinical examination,<\/p>\n
he folzllnd ,o.|di’:fs;ultured scar present over the forehead, which<\/p>\n
‘shows perinanent disfigurement: of the face.<\/p>\n
7. Considering the fact that appellant was a Beedi<\/p>\n
roller and was also attending to her domestic work,____her<\/p>\n
income can be taken at Rs.4000\/– per month. Keepii–ng.:i’n_’<\/p>\n
