SINGH\n            BOTH R\/O VILLAGE- MARPAISHWAR DAS, P.S.-\n            MAJORGANJ, DISTRICT- SITAMARHI\n\n                                       VERSUS\n                             THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                           ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   19\/10\/2011            Heard Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Mishra, learned<\/p>\n<p>                 counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the<\/p>\n<p>                 State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          The petitioners seek bail in a case registered<\/p>\n<p>                 under Sections 308\/34 of the Indian Penal Code and<\/p>\n<p>                 Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substance Act.<\/p>\n<p>                          In village Marpaishwar Das some persons<\/p>\n<p>                 were preparing bomb which was exploded and caused<\/p>\n<p>                 injury. Subsequently one of the injured died. It was<\/p>\n<p>                 alleged that the petitioners and others were involved<\/p>\n<p>                 in preparation of the bomb.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Submission is that on the date of occurrence<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioners were talking about the election on the<\/p>\n<p>                 roof of Mukhiya and in the meanwhile another<\/p>\n<p>                 mukhiya candidate abused and exploded bomb and<\/p>\n<p>                 fled away from there.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                 the case, the petitioners above named are directed to<\/p>\n<p>                 be released on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                 (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       amount each to the satisfaction of the learned<\/p>\n<p>       C.J.M.\/concerned Court,      Sitamarhi in connection<\/p>\n<p>       with Majorganj P.S.
