Justice C.T.RAVIKUMAR\n\n Dated :23\/06\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                        C.T.RAVIKUMAR, J.\n\n            ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                   W.P.(C) No. 19581 of 2010 W\n            ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n               Dated this the 23rd day of June, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>           The petitioner was appointed as a Full Time Urdu<\/p>\n<p>Teacher as per Ext.P1 order dated 02-06-2008 in the fourth<\/p>\n<p>respondent&#8217;s School.        However, the said appointment of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner was approved only as a Part Time Urdu Teacher. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner was actually appointed against the retirement vacancy of<\/p>\n<p>Sri.Ahammedkutty, who retired from service as a Full Time Urdu<\/p>\n<p>Teacher. The Full Time Urdu Teacher&#8217;s post was sanctioned to<\/p>\n<p>the said school by virtue of &#8216;Group C&#8217; diversion.                  Therefore,<\/p>\n<p>according to the petitioner, by virtue of Ext.P3 Government Order<\/p>\n<p>dated 13-11-2000, the petitioner is entitled to get his appointment<\/p>\n<p>approved as Full Time Urdu Teacher. In the said circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner has approached the second respondent raising<\/p>\n<p>grievances against the approval as Part Time Urdu Teacher.<\/p>\n<p>However, the second respondent, as per Ext.P5, rejected the said<\/p>\n<p>claim of the petitioner. Feeling aggrieved by Ext.P5, the matter<\/p>\n<p>was taken in revision before the Government through Ext.P8.<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P8 is now pending before the first respondent.<\/p>\n<p>WPC.19581\/2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed<\/p>\n<p>of with a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P8<\/p>\n<p>revision petition filed by the petitioner, expeditiously, at any rate,<\/p>\n<p>within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>this judgment, with notice to the petitioner and the fourth<\/p>\n<p>respondent, in the light of Ext.P3 Government Order.<\/p>\n<p>                                                                 Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          (C.T.RAVIKUMAR, JUDGE)<br \/>\naks<\/p>\n<p>                            \/\/ True Copy \/\/<\/p>\n<p>                                     P.A.
