SIRI JAGAN, J.\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                   W.P.(C)No. 18447 of 2010\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n            Dated this the 15th day of June, 2010\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner claims to be the owner of a residential<\/p>\n<p>property which lies within the Ranni Forest Division.<\/p>\n<p>According to the petitioner, the area where the property of<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner is situated is a disreserved forest area. From<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner&#8217;s property the petitioner cut six &#8216;Anjili&#8217; trees.<\/p>\n<p>This was seized by the staff of the 3rd respondent, alleging<\/p>\n<p>that the trees were not standing on a disreserved area and<\/p>\n<p>registered a case as O.R. No.18\/2008 against the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner filed Ext.P3 representation in this regard<\/p>\n<p>before the 2nd respondent. Petitioner seeks a direction to<\/p>\n<p>the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.   I have heard the learned Government Pleader<\/p>\n<p>also. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose<\/p>\n<p>of this writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C)No. 18447 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 as expeditiously as<\/p>\n<p>possible, at any rate within a period of one month from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording<\/p>\n<p>an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                                              S.
