However, the<br \/>\nlearned 4th Additional Senior Civil Judge, Mehsana by the<br \/>\nimpugned order rejected the said application.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\ntrial Court has rejected the said application by giving detailed<br \/>\nreasons in paragraph 2 of the impugned judgment.  I am in complete<br \/>\nagreement with the reasons given by the learned trial Judge.
