Anwar Khan, Son of Jamil Khan.\n                     Both are resident of village-Karmauni, P.S.-Dobhi, District-Gaya.\n                                                        ..............Petitioners\n                                           Versus\n                    The State of Bihar                  ............Opp. Party.\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   27.07.2011                       Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                        counsel appearing for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      It is submitted that besides some minor sections of the<\/p>\n<p>                        Indian Penal Code, the case is also under Section 498A of Indian<\/p>\n<p>                        Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Petitioner No. 1 happens to be mother-in-law whereas<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioner no. 2 happens to be brother-in-law (Nandoshi) of the<\/p>\n<p>                        informant. The allegation against them is general and omnibus.<\/p>\n<p>                                      It is also submitted that admittedly marriage took place<\/p>\n<p>                        six years ago and the complainant was blessed with two sons and a<\/p>\n<p>                        daughter out of the wedlock and the petitioners had no say in their<\/p>\n<p>                        day to day matrimonial life.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for grant<\/p>\n<p>                        of bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts, let the<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioners, namely, Anisa Khatoon, Anwar Khan in the event of their<\/p>\n<p>                        arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four<\/p>\n<p>                        weeks from the date of receipt\/communication of this order, be<\/p>\n<p>                        released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000\/- (Five<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>          of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada P.S.<\/p>\n<p>          Case No. 138 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Sanjeet                                     (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Anisa Khatoon &amp; Anr vs The State Of Bihar on 27 July, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
