Petitioners face allegations in<\/p>\n<p>a crime registered alleging offences punishable inter alia under<\/p>\n<p>Sections   352,   153A   and   308   I.P.C.     The   alleged   incident   took<\/p>\n<p>place   on   04\/02\/2008.     The   petitioners   were   arrested   on<\/p>\n<p>14\/02\/2008.  They continue in custody from that date.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     The learned counsel for the petitioners points out that<\/p>\n<p>there   are   four   connected   crimes   pending   before   the   Hosdurg<\/p>\n<p>police station  &#8211; crime Nos.95\/08, 96\/08, 97\/08 and 98\/08.  Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.96\/08   in   which   regular   bail   is   sought   by   the   petitioners   is<\/p>\n<p>connected   with   the   three   other   crimes   referred   above.     The<\/p>\n<p>accused in the said cases have been granted regular bail by this<\/p>\n<p>court   as   per   common   order   dated   25\/2\/2008   in   B.A.Nos.1067,<\/p>\n<p>1068,1069 and 1129 of 2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     The   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioners   prays,   the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor does not oppose the said prayer and I<\/p>\n<p>am  satisfied   that  regular  bail   can  be   granted   to  the  petitioners<\/p>\n<p>also subject to appropriate conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A.No.1304\/08                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       4.      In the result, this petition is allowed.
