Prem Chand Goel at BN-65, second at BN-65(West) Shalimar<br \/>\n         Floor, (West) Pashimi Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi? Bagh has been sanctioned<br \/>\n                                                            by      Zonal       Engineer-I<br \/>\n                                                            (NW)III<br \/>\n Grounds for first appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appellant had following grounds:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>    i)      Incomplete information against Point No. 3(B).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>    ii)     Information against 3(D) is not clear.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>    iii)    Incomplete information about Point no, 3(I)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>    iv)     Information about point 3(G) and (H) has been denied by the PIO on the grounds of it<br \/>\n            being 3rd party in nature.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Order of First Appellate Authority:\n<\/p>\n<p>The FAA mentioned had mention in his order that clear information had provided against Point<br \/>\nNo.3(B),3(D) and 3(I).\n<\/p>\n<p>In respect of point no. 3(G) and 3(H), He upheld the orders of PIO as to information being 3rd<br \/>\nparty in nature. The appeal was accordingly disposed off.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>   1. The Appellant authority has passed order in surmise way without appreciating the facts<br \/>\n       of the case and provision of law.\n<\/p>\n<p>   2.
