Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :01\/01\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                     ANTONY DOMINIC,J.\n               -----------------------\n                    W.P.(C).No.37910 \/2008\n              ------------------------\n            Dated this the Ist day of January, 2009.\n\n                          JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner    states that  he   applied   to  the  first<\/p>\n<p>respondent for a sand dealer&#8217;s licence.    According to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner,   the    first respondent   has    forwarded  his<\/p>\n<p>application to     respondents 2 and 3 under the cover of<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P8 and P9 calling for their report. The report has not<\/p>\n<p>so far been made and as a result there of final orders on<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P7 have not been passed. It is with this grievance this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition is filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. Taking into account the aforesaid complaint of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing that, if<\/p>\n<p>as stated by the petitioner respondents 2 and 3 have<\/p>\n<p>received intimation from the first respondent, calling for<\/p>\n<p>their report on Ext.P7, the aforesaid respondents shall<\/p>\n<p>forward their report as expeditiously as possible and at any<\/p>\n<p>                               \/2\/<\/p>\n<p>rate within 4 weeks from the date of production of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>the judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.
