P1 applications have been made by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners to the 1st respondent      through the 3rd respondent.    The<\/p>\n<p>endeavour is to obtain NOC, for seeking affiliation of the 2nd respondent.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint in this writ petition is that the 3rd respondent has not so<\/p>\n<p>far forwarded Ext. P1 application to the 1st respondent for its<\/p>\n<p>consideration. If as stated by the petitioners the applications have been<\/p>\n<p>received and are pending with the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent<\/p>\n<p>shall process and forward the same so as to reach the 1st respondent.<\/p>\n<p>Thereupon, the 1st respondent shall consider the request of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereon.       The 3rd respondent<\/p>\n<p>shall forward the application as expeditiously as possible at any rate<\/p>\n<p>within 6 weeks of production of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>      2.
