It further transpires that the applicant has enjoyed<br \/>\n\ttemporary bail twice and enjoyed furlough once, and he surrendered<br \/>\n\tin time before the jail authority. Along with this application,<br \/>\n\tcopies of medical papers of his daughter is also annexed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering<br \/>\n\tthe facts and circumstances of the case, it is expedient to partly<br \/>\n\tallow the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tapplication succeeds in part and is accordingly partly allowed. The<br \/>\n\tapplicant &#8211; convict is ordered to be released on temporary<br \/>\n\tbail for a period of 20 days from the date of his actual release,<br \/>\n\tupon his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.5000\/- (Rupees<br \/>\n\tFive Thousand Only) before the jail authority on usual terms and<br \/>\n\tconditions. After the period is over, the applicant shall surrender<br \/>\n\tto the jail authority. The applicant shall not take disadvantage of<br \/>\n\this liberty and shall maintain law and order.\n<\/p>\n<p>Rule<br \/>\n\tmade absolute accordingly.
