Misc.<\/p>\n<p>                    No. 28050\/2010 by this court. Submission is that petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    is unable to arrange any government servant as his bailors,<\/p>\n<p>                    though some elected public representative is ready to appear<\/p>\n<p>                    as his bailors.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the facts and circumstances, above<\/p>\n<p>                    order is modified to the extent that after the word<\/p>\n<p>                    &#8216;government       servant&#8217;   the   word   &#8216;or   elected   public<\/p>\n<p>                    representative&#8217; be read as the condition imposed.<\/p>\n<p>                               With the above modification, this application<\/p>\n<p>                    stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Let a copy of this order be communicated to the<\/p>\n<p>                    learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in<\/p>\n<p>                    connection with S.T. No. 393\/2007 arising out of<\/p>\n<p>                    Bikramganj P.S.
