No.28033 of 2011\n                         Satish Chandra son of Umesh Chandra\n                                        Versus\n                                  The State Of Bihar\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/   26.08.2011                  Supplementary affidavit on behalf of the petitioner is being<\/p>\n<p>                      filed. Let it be kept with the record.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence<\/p>\n<p>                      under sections 498-A, 341, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and section \u00be of<\/p>\n<p>                      the Dowry Prohibition Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2011,<\/p>\n<p>                      let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                      bond of Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                      each or any other surety to be fixed by the court below to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                      of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar Town<\/p>\n<p>                      P.S. Case No.189 of 2011, subject to the conditions (i) That one of the<\/p>\n<p>                      bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner, who will give an affidavit<\/p>\n<p>                      giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailors<\/p>\n<p>                      will undertake to furnish information to the court about any change in the<\/p>\n<p>                      address of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioner volunteers to deposit Rs.500\/- per month in the<\/p>\n<p>                      court below firstly within 15 days of the release from jail custody and<\/p>\n<p>                      subsequently by 15th every month which the wife of the petitioner will be<\/p>\n<p>                      at liberty to withdraw without prejudice the right of the parties.
